The community health workers of the Sontolon Foundation completed their scheduled visit to Khoriapara this week. The visit went smoothly and meaningfully, marked by open conversations, mutual respect, and genuine care. Health workers met with several families to monitor ongoing health conditions, review medication adherence, and provide necessary follow-up care. They also discussed everyday challenges faced by residents and offered practical solutions and health advice. The visit once again reflected the spirit of trust and cooperation that defines the Foundation’s community-led health program.
